At Nottingham Academy, one of our core values is ASPIRATION. As one aspect of this, we have designed a range of leadership roles for pupils to aspire to hold. These roles are an opportunity for children to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our school, have their voice heard and to create leaders of the future who are ready for work and the world beyond school. We aim to grow confident and articulate leaders who can share their views with an audience and expand their leadership skills though opportunities to listen, talk, solve problems, plan, inspire others, support and research. 

           Our Rising Young Leaders are a vital part of our drive to constantly improve.
