Covid-19 Reporting During The Holidays
How to report any Covid-19 cases during the Christmas break.
We hope that all our families have a happy, healthy and Covid-free Christmas holiday; however, if your child does become ill with Covid-19 during the first part of the Christmas holidays we still need to know.
If your child receives a positive test up to Monday 21st December it is important that this is reported to School. This is to make sure the School staff can support with track and trace and contact anyone in School that may have had close contact.

This email address will be monitored up to Tuesday 22nd December. Please note that you will not be able to call the School reception and only the above email address will be monitored. Please do not contact teachers directly.
When reporting a positive case of Covid-19 can you please give us as much information as possible, including the following:
- Child's Name
- Child's Class
- Child’s postcode
- When the symptoms first developed
- What the symptoms are
- What day the test was taken
- What day your child received a positive test result
- Contact telephone number
Please note, we do not need to know about other family members, only children that have been in School during the final week of term and we only need to know about positive cases.
