Covid-19 Reporting During The Holidays
How to report any Covid-19 cases during the school holidays.
We hope that all our families have a happy, healthy and Covid-free half term; however, if your child does become ill with Covid-19 during half term, we still need to know. This is to make sure the School staff can support with track and trace and contact anyone in School that may have had close contact.
We have set up the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
This e-mail address will be monitored throughout the holiday. Please note that you will not be able to call the School reception and only the above e-mail address will be monitored. Please do not contact teachers directly.
When reporting a positive case of Covid-19 can you please give us as much information as possible, including the following:
- Child's Name
- Child's Class
- Child’s Postcode
- When the symptoms first developed
- What the symptoms are
- What day the test was taken
- What day your child received a positive test result
- Contact telephone number
Please note, we do not need to know about other family members, only children that have been in School during the final week of term and we only need to know about positive cases.
