At the Nottingham Academy we work very hard to support all our pupils including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We work closely with our secondary phase to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the individual needs of our pupils on entry to their next phase of learning. The transition from primary to secondary education can be a difficult time for pupils. We develop careful plans to ensure our pupils are well prepared for this move. For some pupils we offer a bespoke programme to help them have a smooth transition. If you have any concerns about your child please contact the Academy at the relevant site.
