Reporting Covid-19 cases to school.
If your child tests positive for Covid-19, please report it to us via the below e-mail address. Please do not contact your child's class teacher directly.
The above e-mail address is monitored by the attendance officer, the admin team and members of the school leadership team.
It is important that we have as much information as possible. Please can you make sure to include the following information in your e-mail:
- Full name of child
- Child's DOB
- Child's class
- Home postcode
- Last date your child was in School
- Last date your child attended breakfast and after school club if applicable
- When the symptoms first developed
- What the symptoms are
- What day the test was taken
- What day you received a positive test result
- Contact telephone number
Once received, a member of the team may give you a call to discuss further.
